Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Any Pro or Business subscription charge | your first payment or a monthly renewal | is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of that charge appearing on your Paddle receipt. Requests made after 30 days are handled at our discretion.
2. How to request a refund
Email freeopenapi@mailnest.nl with the email address your subscription is under (or the order/receipt reference from your Paddle confirmation email) and we'll process the refund with Paddle. You can also use the refund link in the receipt email Paddle sent you at checkout.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle, who handled the original payment, back to your original payment method. Paddle typically processes approved refunds within a few business days, though your bank or card provider may take longer to show it.
4. Refunds vs. cancelling
A refund reimburses a charge you've already paid. Cancelling your subscription (via the link in any Paddle confirmation email, or by asking us) simply stops future renewals | your key reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges occur. You don't need a refund just to stop being billed going forward.
